For one of application software for our biomedical instrument ,
I want actually interactive diagram in wpf(C#) .Diagram is attached here. I want to wpf only as I get Viewbox in wpf ( to get rid of resolution issue) ,as the diagram is quite complex,I need suggestions from expert exchange team.
Interactive means anypart of diagram I click I will get runtime information from software which is running a complex biomedical instrument. Please give some input.

What kind of tips are you looking for? Do you need to know how to render that complex diagram, or just translate the image into a mouse click map?

Actually I want to construct this diagram manually like we develope in MFC with CDC,CBrush etc.
But also requirement is that If I click on any circle or any link, there will runtime information from instrument will display.
For example Innermost circle nodes will display Reagent Chemistry status.
Outermost circles will display Patients sample status.
What is blender.
