Find and Replace - Large bits of code

Hi
Is it possible use Find an Replace in SQL Management Studio to replca large bits of code
Example
I have the following bits of code throughout a query
where resource in ('Fred Smith','Jo Smith','Colin Smith','Tammy Smith','Fred Man','Gail Smith','Colin Tan','Mark Smith')
I want to use Find and Replace to replace the below with new names and so on.
'Fred Smith','Jo Smith','Colin Smith','Tammy Smith','Fred Man','Gail Smith','Colin Tan','Mark Smith'
Find and Replace seems limited in doing larger selections
Is there another way

If it's plausible for you, I would create a new table (e.g. resources) with a name column and an include column something like
name              include
Fred Smith     yes
Jo Smith         no
Colin Smith    yes
It should be a fairly easy task to update this table modifying the include column, then your query could always be -
"...where resource in (select name from resources where include = 'yes')"

I just tried to find \replace a big code chunk (using your example) via SSMS 2014 : no problems
I could do this from SSMS  CTRL+H

what sql server version\edition do you use

MS Word technique:
"In the Replace With box, enter ^c. This instructs Word to use the Clipboard contents as the replacement"
