outlook 2013 add-in slow message

Can add-in slow warning be removed WITHOUT Disabling the add-in?
I don't care if it loads a little slow. I need to use the add-in.
It generates a pop-up every time I send an email.

Can the warning be shut off?
Can the time before warning be increased?
etc?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Found this article. Not sure if you have read it already but it seems to give a great deal on information on this topic.  Might be worth a read.

When prompted by Outlook, allow the Add-in to always be enabled:
