Help with renewing iis certificate

Hi,

We have internal network with no outside access,
In this network we have CA that one of his certificates is expired,
I think it's th iis certificate but not sure,
On computers that are a part of this network when I try to open internal website I get the message,
I can also see that indeed the certificate expired today.

I have admin rights to the CA server yet not sure how am I supposed to renew it or to iissue a new one instead.
