Permanent Failure
before couple of weeks ago i was working for a company named as europac and i was continuously in contact with them but 2 days before i had sent them a mail i got a reply in the form of :-
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
hr@europacgroup.info
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain europacgroup.info by smtp.secureserver.net. [72.167.238.29].
The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 <hr@europacgroup.info> Recipient not found. <http://x.co/irbounce>

No i cant call them because they are situated in Spain and me in other country.

If they changed things at their end, there is nothing you can do. It is not your fault - they changed.

there is possibilities of any communication ?
There is Letter (snail mail), Telephone, and email. You can send a telegram or priority post mail.
Can you find / determine the personal email of the people you are trying to reach? Most people have a Gmail or like account. This would not be the work account that does not work.

You mean i have to communicate through post?
If there is no other way, Letter mail (post) works.
