Outlook 2013 question
Hello,
I am using Outlook 2013 on WIndows 8. 7 mails accounts (1 O365 account + 6 POP/SMTP accounts)
2 weeks ago the automatic send/receive option stops working. I have now to do manual send/receive F9 every time to check/send for new mail. All is set up correctly, automatic send/receive is set up for every 2 minutes but it does not work
7 mails accounts are configured in OUtlook: 1 O365 account and other 6 POP/SMTP accounts. I am wondering if this problem is not a bug related to the high number of accounts in OUtlook since I had the same problem last year with another similar PC which had also many mails accounts. The only solution I found was to open a new WIndows session and to setup everything from scratch
QUestions: it there a limitation in the number of accounts Outlook can manage? A recommended maximuum number of accounts? Should OUlook works fine with 7 mail accounts ?
Any way to solve the automatic send/receive feature that does not work anymore?
THank you
