I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This isn't a helpful answer, but I'm curious about what you use for spam control.

No worries. We use Sophos EMail Appliance.

I ask because we too used to try to filter by domain, but found it an uphill battle.  We use Cloudmark for all out filtering now and it works quite well for us.

(No, I don't work for Cloudmark)

There's no answer.  New TLDs are announced by ICANN and/or the host registrar, but I'm not aware of any way to subscribe to such announcements, or of any enforcement for TLDs that don't go through ICANN to begin with.   You can check the link I posted every day, but that doesn't mean you see every new TLD.
