I would be very much obliged if you guys kindly help me out.
In my organisation we have an issue started with one user after his mailbox has been migrated to O365. When the user is trying to send mail from shared mailbox(user has full access and send-as permission) which is in on-premise getting a below error.
This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator. Error is [0x80070005-00000000-00000000].
Few things i tried which didn't worked
1. Recreated user profile in outlook 2013,restarted outlook and tried but no luck.
2. Downloaded the offline address book from send receive tab in outlook and then selected the shared mailbox id from GAL but getting same error.
3. Deleted the offline address book from this path C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Offline Address Books but no luck..getting same error again and again
