Terminology for call interception
When the operator is not available at the telephone exchange and an external call is ringing, there is a feature in the exchange which allows me to intercept the call and receive it at my extension.
I would have named it "Call interception" but I cannot find this term (or any alternative term) on the manual of our KX-T7730 exchange.
What is such a feature called?
Does anyone know the command for this feature?
