Sorry, I just re-read your question and you stated that the service is showing as started. Are you using EMC on the same server that Exchange is installed on?<br />

Please check if your EMC is on the same site or the subnet of your computer running EMC is a part of one of the AD sites ?

I fixed the issue. The server has SP2 and my download was SP1. <br />

I am getting this error message and I am not able to connect to my MS Exchange 2010 server. I only have one exchange server and the service status is showing as started. <br />
<br />
Not sure what to tell my support guys as right now they are doing RDP. <br />
<br />

Hello Experts,

Issue connecting to exchange 2010 using MS management tool

Exchange is the server side of a collaborative application product that is part of the Microsoft Server infrastructure. Exchange's major features include email, calendaring, contacts and tasks, support for mobile and web-based access to information, and support for data storage.
