Google chrome on windows 7 crashes onload (as of this morning) on everyone of our 20 computers

OS: Windows 7 pro

Chrome version: 45.0.2454.85

OS version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48

Obviously google chrome updated itself and is now completely worthless. I have tried uninstalling it (can't even do that) .. I have tried re downloading it from the web (same problem)

All our PC's are basically used as thin-clients. No custom software or anything (out of the box windows 7)

Any solutions?

These are brand new computers .. The only common factor among them is the printer driver installed ..

I will double check SFC however on Monday
If the computers are new and only Windows plus a Printer, also make sure:

1. Windows is up to date (new updates nearly daily).
2. Drivers, especially Video, Chipset and BIOS, have been updated from the manufacturer.
3. Uninstall the printer to test.

Sorry for the delay..

System file checker is not reporting any issues.

I will attempt to update windows and try again

I forgot I have Comodo installed on these PC's (it didn't occur to me that was the problem) ...

The fix is here:
