I've been setting up a Skype for Business 2015 server for some systems integration testing. Right now, when I attempt to generate a Skype meeting in Outlook, I get:
"The user accounts in Outlook and Skype Business do not match. Please make sure you are signed in to both applications with the same user name and privileges"
Since I have multiple UC systems in my domain, I have created my Skype SIP domain of skype.mydomain.com (sip:email@example.com is a valid address for another service). My SIP address is firstname.lastname@example.org whereas my SMTP address (and my AD login) is email@example.com. My Skype login is firstname.lastname@example.org
I did add a secondary SMTP address in exchange (2013) of email@example.com and can confirm that in both ECP and ADSI I see my AD account having the correct SIP address.
Is this a workable setup?
