Skype for Business 2015 - Outlook Meeting Issue

I've been setting up a Skype for Business 2015 server for some systems integration testing.  Right now, when I attempt to generate a Skype meeting in Outlook, I get:

"The user accounts in Outlook and Skype Business do not match.  Please make sure you are signed in to both applications with the same user name and privileges"

Since I have multiple UC systems in my domain, I have created my Skype SIP domain of ( is a valid address for another service).  My SIP address is whereas my SMTP address (and my AD login) is  My Skype login is

I did add a secondary SMTP address in exchange (2013) of and can confirm that in both ECP and ADSI I see my AD account having the correct SIP address.

Is this a workable setup?

Well, that didn't seem to work.  Why, I am not sure as that should fix the issue

if you are not publishing same domain in Exchange and Lync as in SIP and SMTP address then there is a problem.

Actually if you are adding as SMTP address in Exchange that won't care as you don't have your SCP/Autodiscover to configure to discover this domain and even you may not added in accepted domain.

Lync and Outlook actually works on EWS and MAPI connectivity which establish on same domain as SIP Address and SMTP Address.
