Help with recommendations for Managed IT Services in the Seattle, WA area

I'm looking for a "good" managed IT solutions provider in the Seattle area of Washington. I would like to hear any opinions, good or bad, on companies in my area. I've had some bad experiences with some firms and if I could avoid that this time I would be very relieved. We are looking for some monitoring and security help along with backup and DR solutions. We also are looking at hosted vs. onsite Exchange. We are running Server 2012 R2.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Some of the top vendors are IBM, HP and Accenture. I am sure, they have presence in your location also.

Thank you Amit.
I'm really looking for a local type of company. We are a small company with around 35 users. We can't afford to use vendors like IBM or HP.

I suggest you to go for office 365 cloud solution.
