Looping through a dataset and create a new table

Attached is a  list of 5 records created from a view of Order Renewals.  They have a field, ORank, with values from 2-6.  The values begin at 2 because they a subsequent to the initial order.

What I want to do is create a new table where I add a record assigning an ORank value of 1 for the initial record and an 7th record for the EndOrdID, subsititued for the OrderID, having an Orank of 1.

The attached file has Before and After sections showing the expected results of the query I want to write.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

one would normally have a customer table, customer detail table, and orders table, orders_details table.and so forth.
customers is liked to detail on the customer# id
and linked to the orders table foreign key customer_id
then the orders linked to orders_detail on the order#
you shouldn't have so many duplicates in the database.
