Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2015 Reporting setup

Hi Experts,

I have set up an entirely new virtual Win Server 2012, installed SQL Server 2014, and then installed Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2015 (TFS)

All installations went perfectly, database instance is all good, however when I come to CONFIGURE the TFS full server using the wizard, I go through each step accepting all defaults, and also tick the checkbox to configure 'reporting' (I do have a reporting service set up in SQL)

But when I get to the end of the wizard, and have to verify all settings, the only thing that fails, is an authentication issue.. see the attachment for the exact error

I think this is a general 'reporting' configuration step I am missing.. I am logged in as THE domain administrator.. I even added SYSTEM and SERVICE accounts into the local administrator group on the server, as well as myself

you have to set up reporting services if you want to use it to use the account that TFS will be running as

ASKER

Hi David,

Reporting services is installed on this SQL server.. Please can you elaborate?
have you configured the Authors, and other reporting services users  .. http:\\sqlserver:81 is the default url
David,

My Reports Manager URL ... looking in the 'Reporting Services Configuration Manager' is http://tp-thing-01/Reports_JAMBO_DEV/

This works, when I browse to this, i do get the Reports Manager web interface. Am I in the correct place?
