Microsoft Exce: Diiferential graph marks on graph based on value on different column

I have concentration of a drug in one column and binary outcome ( 0 or 1) in another column. When plotting the concentration on a graph, I want to have a square mark for 1 in outcome column and circle mark for 0 in outcome column.
I am attaching a snapshot of graph and sample data in excel. In the final analysis, I require sum of average concentration of cross over pairs of outcomes 1 and 0 as depicted in the graph. An excel macro would of great help in addition having such graph.
Any thoughts

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
