Video/audio Recording tool
we use an online training, for our employees. I would like to know if there is a tool that can record audio/video so that employees can use it when they are offline and not connected to internet.
Any help will be very much appreciated.

If you have been looking for a simple way to record your desktop and may be share the video on YouTube, then you already have the means. The means is of course VLC Media Player. There are many features of this software besides the ability to play videos of any format. Recording your desktop in your desired format happens to be one of them.
The employees are still going to have to download the video file wile "online", which still leaves you a couple of options using Powerpoint and native Windows tools. Don't overlook what you might already have readily available:

I like BillDL's comment on using what is available in PowerPoint. I was not aware of the ability to capture narration. I've done a little slide and text animation in PowerPoint, and it can be quite refined.
BillDL is always very thorough and helpful with his comments, you should give him a a good comment star since you learnt something :)
