I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. How to convert Outlook email to PDF files? is there any Outlook email to PDF converter tool available?

If you simply want to convert one (or a small number) to PDF, I think that printing them to a PDF print driver is fine. If you have Acrobat Pro, you already have a PDF printer (Adobe PDF). If you don't have Acrobat Pro, there are many free PDF print drivers out there. Three of my favorites are Bullzip, CutePDF Writer, doPDF:

They have varying features and some folks prefer one over the other, so you may want to experiment to see which one you like the best. At one time CutePDF was my favorite, then it was doPDF, and my current choice is Bullzip. All of them install a "printer" so that you can "print" to it from any Windows program. When you "print" to it, the print driver will create a PDF file. Simply do the print from Outlook.

Also, if you have Outlook 2013, there's a really easy method with File>Save as Adobe PDF:

Save as PDF
If you have an earlier version of Outlook, something similar may be available in it. Look in the File menu. Regards, Joe
