How to replace failed SAS hard drive in raid 5 on Dell Poweredge 2950

I have raid 5 array of 4 disk with a hot spare disk. one of array disk is failed and now the hot spare is online. when I replace the faulty disk with a new same other disk it's showing foreign. Please be informed I am using OpenManage in Windows server 2003.
Can you help me to fix it.

In OMSA, go to Storage, PERC, Information/Configuration (link at top of page), then Foreign/Clear from the dropdown menu of Available Tasks for the controller. The disk should then show as Ready under Physical Disks ... you can then assign it as a hot-spare.
