Hybrid Deployment Wizard Error- Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

When we running  the Exchange 2010 Hybrid Deployment Wizard  selecting Accepted Domain Potion   get an error Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation
What are the possible reasons for this error..???

Server Details

Exchange Server version --Exchange 2010 SP3
Operating System -----------Windows Server 2008 SP2
Creating Active Directory Users from a Text File

If your organization has a need to mass-create AD user accounts, watch this video to see how its done without the need for scripting or other unnecessary complexities.

It seem some config issue. below link might help you to fix the issue

Remove Unwanted(Exchange 2003 ) Accepted Domain from ADSI Edit
