Hi, my customer is running SBS 2003 with Exchange sp2. We had an issue with the Information store service getting down each two days beacause of the priv1.edb limit size. No special limit was set (it was at 18gb) and the size was 21gb. <br />
<br />
For this, I added the special limit in the registry on Friday to 32gb. Over the weekend the database has grown to 35gb ! How it's possible ?<br />
<br />
I'm looking for solutions for the situations.. Offline defrag ? Retention to 0 days ? Set a bigger limit in registry ? Is there any other ways to break my problem and what is the best solution ?<br />

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately.
