When I go to Yahoo, it redirects to a 'secure' page, https://www.yahoo.com/   That is not shown in your screen shot.  I believe there is no content at http://www.yahoo.com/ .

You are from Singapore.  The Yahoo site you should be directed to is https://sg.yahoo.com/

thanks, yes, it should get directed to sg.yahoo.com, somehow on these 2 pcs, it doesn't but show up as page can't be displayed.

How do you know if your security is working?

Protecting your business doesn’t have to mean sifting through endless alerts and notifications. With WatchGuard Total Security Suite, you can feel confident that your business is secure, meaning you can get back to the things that have been sitting on your to-do list.

Dave BaldwinFixer of ProblemsCommented:
Can you go directly to https://sg.yahoo.com/ ?  If you can, that means that the redirect isn't working.  I don't remember where or how, but there is a setting to block redirects.

can go to https://sg.yahoo.com only after a few times.. for eg. the first time the IE11 tries to go to www.yahoo.com, it shows page can't be displayed.. if press F5 to refresh, it is able to load after 2nd or 3rd time.

For the last couple of days, I've been having a lot of trouble loading images on the Yahoo home page in both Chrome and Firefox.  I think part of the problem is Yahoo itself right now.
