be a new user to website using android

do android browsers all use the same cookies

if I use another browser does website think I am a new user
or are cookies shared
or is there another type of tracking where website knows I am a previous user
I want to appear as a new user

Browser cookies are not shared between browsers.
Flash cookies can be shared across browsers.

There are other methods for identifying devices.
