System Center 2012 Service Request Export Data to new server

Hello, i have a inviroment in production that have 1 Server in Windows Server 2012 R2 whit SQL Server 2012 SP1 and i have installed Service Manager 2012 R2 in this Server , but the SQL have a wrong Collation.

They Have a collation in Modern_Spanish_CI_AS, but the correcto collation is Modern_Spanish_100_CI_AS, this problem prevent to run correctly reports from Data Ware House, and Microsoft says me that i need to change the Collation, but if i not wrong this is impossible.

This server have only Service Requests Tickets and have 2000 old tickets nad 700 in progress.

I cant lost this information.

How i can do, export data and import in new enviroment? or what other soltion exist?

Have you tried and change the collation at the db level. Try creating a new db hit the collation tab and change it to what your want. Then restore old db backup into newly created db. Then change connection settings for system center tonpint at new db
