I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Looks like you need to use a stacked canvas.  One canvas has the vertical and the other one has the horizontal.

There are several examples out there on this:

"how can I add the vertical scroll bar"?

Open the "Property sheet" for the block, then:
1. Set "Show Scroll Bar" to "Yes"
2. Set "Scroll Bar Canvas" to the name of your main canvas (by default: "CANVAS1")
3. Set "Scroll Bar Orientation" to "Vertical"
4. Set "Scroll Bar X Position" to something reasonable (try: 1 if you are not sure)
5. Set "Scroll Bar Y Position" to something reasonable (try:1 if you are not sure)
6. Set "Scroll Bar Width" to something reasonable (more than 1)
7. Set "Scroll Bar Length" to something reasonable (more than 1)

Then, in the Layout editor, move and/or resize the vertical scroll bar to where you want it.
