Someone had a question back in 2008, with a Visio numbering question around &quot;Autonumbering of Shapes for Functional Decomposition Diagram&quot; - looks like the solution scott offered would work for what I need.<br />

As part of the solution, you attached a sample file, which you noted should be changed from a .txt to a .vsd when saving - I have done that but get an error around ole2.dll files being corrupt or missing. I am working at a client's office so would like to avoid downloading any fixes from the internet if possible - do you know if the issue could be with your file having been created in an earlier version of Vision (I'm using 2010 Standard), or if not that, do you have a 'safe' suggestion on how to update my ole2.dll?<br />
