I think it is an access violation but not sure how to remedy it. Windows is probably picky about which exe files to allow to run as cgi; maybe event viewer will tell you more. Isn't there an error code like c0000002?

I keep getting HTTP 404 error (see attachment) when attempting to access phpinfo.php file under localhost. &nbsp;I've several articles on setup for php and configuration of IIS with windows 7 no help so far. &nbsp;I have php-5.4.45-nts-Win32-VC9-x<wbr />86 installed. &nbsp;<br />
