Outlook 2013-Exporting contacts to CSV results in an empty excel file.

I have been trying to export my contacts from Outlook 2013 into a CSV file with no success. I can export them into .PST files with no issue. However, when exported as .csv, no data whatsoever is exported. I end up with just an empty excel file with headers for the mapped fields.

Any ideas?

It is not empty for me (Outlook 2013 on Windows 10).

Make sure, when you export Contacts that the Contacts (People) window is active in Outlook. You need to do this and then it should work. Make sure you can see the contacts in the People window.
