ms access creates multiple Aero Peeks in task bar

In Windows 7 when I have several forms open in MS Access (2003), I get an Aero Peak for each form/report. I know it is possible to change that to just the one Aero Peak for MS Access because I have done it before. I just don't remember how. Anybody else remember?  BTW: this is what I mean:multiple Aero Peaks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I greeted Aero Peek on Win 7 with great joy.
I figured it would be very, very nice with Access 2003.
Then the Aero Peek didn't actually show with contents of each window like it does for IE

Then came the evil of the Ribbon and tabs.
Then Aero Peek showed only one window.

I don't think Access 2003 can be collapsed to a single Aero Peek window
And Access 2007+ are only ever a single window.
