My proposed steps are:<br />
1. Designate new IP address on destination network for mail servers <br />
2. Setup firewall rules to allow Outside access to new IP (for owa login)<br />
3. Stop Exchange/IIS services on mail servers, configure the new IP address settings<br />
4. Shutdown mail servers and vmotion to destination host/datastore/network<br />
5. Power on mail servers after vmotion, allow services to turn back on and test functionality.<br />
anything else I could be missing?

I have existing OWA servers (1 for 2007 mailbox server and 1 for 2010 mailbox server) that exist in offsite location, but we want to move them to our onsite location (HQ) where the other Exchange 2010 servers are.<br />
Is it worth migrating them or would it be better to just create new Exchange 2007 OWA and Exchange 2010 OWA servers on HQ and designate them with the external/internal URLs configured for Outlook Web Access.<br />
