ForFront TMG Server Error

Hi All,
I am trying to install a certificate on TMG server for web listener, the old one expired, but when I try to install a new one, it keep saying "One or more arrays not responding, to select a certificate, ForeFront TMG services must be running on all the services in the array" I have attached screenshot for reference.
I have tried disabling the old rule, and then starting a new one, but the error is the same.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Need more assistance.
OK, then I would like to know....
Do you have more than one Server? So at least one TMG + 1 Management Server, or is this a single Box?
What is the actual version (release) shown in the TMG Administration?
If you have more servers, do they have all the same version?

TMG has 3 repositories. One is an ADLDS (so a local LDAP database like Active Directory), the other information is stored in two registry hieves for the array configuration and the local configuration.

Registry is usually out of scope, nevertheless there are set permissions as well. So you may check, if permission (administrative roles) have changed in TMG what may have an effect on the registry hives.

ADLDS can be secured via SSL. This is not the case by default but complaint in the eventlog. If the security of ADLDS was changed to SSL, there is a certificate involved which may have expired.

So possibly you may remember the one or other change which may narrow down the search for the issue.

We have planned to move away from TMG, and use a different product, as MS is no longer supporting it and will support this product.
But i will award points.

Yes, but not exactly true as the support runs until 2020.
MS has stopped selling the product in 2014 and the mainstream support will end 31.12.2015.
This means, that there are no further improvements and new functions.

The result it, that TMG will start leaking on some topics, so network inspection is not updated anymore and also not all virus scanners are working anymore. Also TMG is not IP6 capable.
But TMG has some other advantages which cannot be realized so easy with other products.
But it depends what you are doing.

And, have in mind, that there are also appliances outside, which are (still) using TMG as software, just on dedicated hardware.
