Locking down Administrator desktops to only accept admin logins?

I assume the above is possible with GPO?  I cannot find anything to do this though...
Windows 2012 domain, Windows 7 clients.

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Could you please provide a little clarity as to what your are asking in your question?

Do you want to restrict users from logging into computers?  Or are you wanting to prevent users from viewing other user desktop folders?

This should be what you need. Just allow who you want to be able to log in. In your case admin.
