forward as attachment broken in outlook 2013

When I drag and drop an email to a new email as attachment or choose forward as attachment it seems to attach to the email.  When you open it is 2kb and blank every time.  So yes there is an attachment but it is blank (corrupt) maybe but it happens on ever email that I try to forward as attachment.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It seems something is wrong with your Outlook profile; Create and configure a new profile, and try again. Forward as attachment should work fine with Outlook 2013
