spam filter

Hi experts,

I login to barracuda spam filter and I see email going outbound blocked by Barracuda reputation blocklist.

I want to know what does this means? also How can I release these email successfully.

The email messages was recorded and considered as an 'outbound' email because it is going to a domain that is NOT on your box, and they are NOT validating against any of the outbound ACLs via Basic -> outbound.

How do I release these emails?

But with barracuda i have always found best policy it to contact their support woth the exact issue and diagnose on a user site basis.
