Cannot Open Certain Control Panels - DCOM error 10010

After patching 4 Windows 2012 R2 servers, I am receiving a server execution failed error when trying to open certain control panels such as windows update, network neighborhood, etc.  At the same time the error pops up, Event Viewer logs DCOM error 10010 in the system log: The server {06622D85-6856-4460-8DE1-A81921B41C4B} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.  I have checked dcom and registry permissions, everything looks normal.  Any advice?Error popup

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
