Audit data copied to USB drives on all domain PC's using Group policy

Server 2012 DC. Win 7 workstations. I'd like to set audit success in domain policy for and track data copied to usb drives on all domain workstations.
I've set the audit GPO but only see usb plugged into server directly in server event viewer.
thanks in advance

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

File audit events are only recorded to the event log of the computer the folder and/or files are on.
They do not record back to the Domain Controller .
