Exchange 2010 - Copy all Outbound Messages for 1 user to another.

A customer is having some trouble with a staff member. He would like a copy of all incoming and outgoing messages to and from her to be copied to him, without her knowledge.

I have got the incoming sorted. How do I get outgoing BCC'd to him as well please?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This URL talks about copying incoming and outgoing, but I just need to cover outgoing, how would I modify this rule accordingly?
