Reducing Gap between next line (Suppress blank section already used)

Hello,

I have an Invoice form which prints Serial Numbers across the page. (Use of a sub report)
This works fine, however when I sell a product using this form where serial numbers are not involved I get a ‘gap’ between the next product. The suppress blank section is ticked.

Please see Word doc for full details.
A saved data copy of the form is also attached.

Thank you.

I haven't looked at your files, but if you go to the subreport format, there's a "suppress blank subreport" option on the Subreport tab. You need to use that option for the "suppress blank section" option to work for that main report section.

Hi James,

In the sub report its printing from the Report Footer A. This section has the 'suppress blank section' ticked already

Actually, I've figured it out.
I added a Section C, placed the sub-report here, then added a suppression formula.

Thanks.
