Can I delete the CBS log files Windows SBS 2011

We have a client running low on space on the C: drive on their server.  I have noticed under C:\Windows\Logs\CBS has a few files in totalling around 14gb.

Are these safe to delete?

I have read a few bits about these and all seems to suggest it is information created by SFC.exe and is not needed if the system is running OK as they are just needed for troubleshooting.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

As per Toni's comment - Yes you can safely delete them

Personally I move them to other drives for a few months just incase something crops up.  Call me overcautious.

Thanks for these, I have dropped them on another drive for now. As you say you never know!

Thanks again...
