follow me .pst... quickbooks and all kinds of crap!!!! help please
ok so here is my issue gurus.... im setting up office to use quickbooks using terminal services on server 2012 r2 Es .... using the program works great, better than ever ...woohoo... BUUUUUUUT they want to use outlook to send email/invoices/quotes/etc. . inside of quickbooks. but they use outlook on their own desktop as well and thats where the pst is saved of course. upon researching i realize sharing the .pst over lan is a not good idea, or using a mapped drive inside the remote session. i set uo outlook using imap in the remote session but it doesnt send right away and few other issues. so i really dont want to go that route. another thing i think about is, the user having outlook open in the remote session and on the desktop,,,you know how 'they' are ;)

Which Mail Server hosts the mailboxes? Exchange?

we use our web hosting company, also we have about 12 users.
