Word 2013 Default Settings for font and spacing

Hi,
In Word 2013, it seems that the following defaults hold when I open a new document:
1. Font = Calibri (Body)/Size 11.
2. Spacing after paragraphs: 8. (per Page Layout):
Word Defaults
How can I change, say, to:
1. Font = Times new Roman/Size: 12
2. Spacing after paragraphs: 0. (per Page Layout):

Thanks,
Steve

The same is true for "Paragraph" settings.

Please confirm if this work as you intend.

Don't see "Set As Default", where is it?
Thanks.

When you click the arrow in the lower right corner of the font selection part of the ribbon, you get the font settings window, and at the bottom left of that window, you should have two buttons, "Set as default" and "Text effects". Same for the "Paragraph" windows, you have a "Set as default" button on the lower left corner.

Sorry, for the "Paragraph" window, the "Set as default" button is in the center, at the bottom of the window.

Thank you, Sylvian.

Please note that I was then prompted if I wanted to set just for this doc, or through all docs based on the NORMAL.DOT template. I chose NORMAL.DOT.

If anyone is reading the above, please read ALL accepted solutions, and my previous comment per NORMAL.DOT.

SylvainDrapeauCommented:
Yes, this will make all new documents (based on NORMAL.DOT) use the fonts and paragraph settings you chose.
