I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Go to Start, Settings, System and Notifications. Go down to Default Apps and choose Internet Explorer. That will work - I do it myself.

Now how do I get IE to launch from the Task Bar?
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
You can go to Start, All Programs, find IE, right click on it and select Pin to Taskbar. Remove Edge if you wish.

That works and I have done this.
