Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 Failed Mailbox Migrations

Hi,
We are migrating mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 and we have had few failed migrations though and when I try to migrate the mailboxes again It says

“MigrationUserAlreadyBeingMovedException:  already has a pending MoveRequest. Please remove the existing request and resume the current batch or start a new batch for this user

What is the best course of action?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
