thanks Michael for replay but i checked the credentials many times, but when i press sign in it gives me the internal certificate with (comuptername.domain.local) and need to press continue and it's a little bit weird i also checked my account using laptop and out of my company it works normally with any errors it's just happen while trying to connect using mobile.
What mobile phone you are referring to? Have you installed certificate on mobile? As you have .local certificate probably it is not publicly trusted.

So in general a mobile client will connect via the reverse proxy/edge to sign into your Lync infrastructure, when you are performing this is your mobile device connected to company network? If yes then please try over mobile network or public wifi as long as you have the required external DNS records created with proper cert you should be able to connect just fine.

You might also want to user the test connectivity tool and see if everything looks ok (under Lync / OCS Server tab) - Lync Autodiscover test
