I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should be able to modify/select desired Print format (that aplies to Email as well) by switching between Standard, Modern and Clasic modes like :

Is the PDF sent as an attachment, or are you viewing the PDF directly in the body of the email?

I'm confused...
The PDF seems to be translating the language?
Perhaps this is where your problem lies?

looks like indeed your system is rendering all well in a Hispanic language however the PDF is generated/converted in English and most likely some characters including (lost) tabs are causing this. you need to generate your own format and use that one in the same language for the PDF to lok like the web page in my opinion.
You can create your own templates by opening an existing template from:

Setup > Printing > Print Formats

From same link I sent you above:
Select the type of Print Format you want to edit and click on the “Copy” button on the right column. A new Print Format will open up with “Is Standard” set as “No” and you can edit the Print Format.

Editing a Print Format is a long discussion and you will have to know a bit of HTML, CSS, Python to learn this. For help, please post on our forum.

Print Formats are rendered on the server side using the Jinja Templating Language.

Jeffrey Coachman, thats correct, i use spanish language in ERP Next, i had not seen that the different in language of this invoice Online-EmailPDF. Probably ERP Next can't translate very well the invoice when send in to a mail. An yes the PDF and as attachment in the email.
