One of the users in Europe [mailbox in the cloud] is unable to receive emails in her outlook client [office 2010 for MAC], she is able to send out, but not to receive.
From her phone device she is able to send and receive emails without any issues. The issue is on outlook, she is using a MAC and office 2010.
Other users in the cloud for the same organization are ok, autodiscover, and all test are ok
is office 2010 for MAC fully supported for Office 365 in the cloud?
