I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What are you trying to achieve here? Is it really an Out of Office message, or something else?

It is  an auto reply where it tell people that they need will be contacted later and the HR cannot reply to the vacations that were available but now it is closed.

Would  a server side rule work? Pretty simple to set this up in Outlook, you can choose a subject line, and it will fire automatically from the server.

Unlike and OOO message, it will fire a response for each email, not just the first from each sender.
