Changing the servername of an exchange 2013 server

How would I go about changing the server name for an exchange 2013 server?

Current Name is DC-EXCH and needs to be changed to DF-EXCH

Unify the naming convention across the company- called it OCD

Anyway doesn't matter any more - had problems with the server and it has been scrapped
