CSS can't get image to look right

At www.oakhonesty.com on the home page I have an image to the right. I'd like for, on each wordpress web page on this site, to have a different image like that to the right of the content box, separated with a green margin in between, completely separate from the content box.

I can't see how to do that.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
