How to change Date format in every reports in AX 2012

I have changed my system format date to dd-MM-yyyy. But all of the date in reports are still shown in mm/dd/yyyy. Is there anyway to change this and affect every reports in AX 2012?

How to make (dd-mm-yyyy) as default format in every reports in AX 2012

Thank you!

hello

this can depend on this type of report but the date format come off the region setting on:

Customer/Vendor
User
and Company

from within AX itself

of you really want to force the format you can do this.

First choose the date field that you want to use in the layout and select text box properties.

Select the number tab, choose customer and enter the format you wish to use. This example forces the American date format.

If you want it global you just need to set the legal entity time date region this will change for all reports.

Good example of this, one of our customers has a UK legal entity and US legal entity, with the time date region we get the following results

U.K. 05/11/2015
US   11/05/2015
